At Hanah Jewellery, each piece is handmade with care, which means the item you receive may slightly differ from the product images featured on our website or social media. To ensure your satisfaction, all items undergo a strict quality control process before being dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive a faulty item or simply change your mind, you may request a repair, exchange, replacement, or refund within 14 days of your purchase.
Please note:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their Hanah Jewellery packaging.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method after the item is received, inspected, and approved.
- We do not accept returns for items that show signs of improper care or misuse, as outlined in our Care Guide.
